  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I have LED'd all the interior/exterior bulbs and its the best thing ive done. Car looks amazing at night. The LED lights in the lower door panels are the best. Provides a huge upgrade.

The puddle lights were definitely an improvement, but removing the old footwell bulbs that had the blue rubber covers on them and replacing with LED's made a huge difference in the car. No idea what they were trying to accomplish. You couldn't even tell there were lights there AT ALL before.

Most of the bulbs you can replace (footwell, puddle lights, license plate) are standard T10 bulbs. I got 5500k SMD for about a buck apiece on eBay. Try and get the shortest ones you find, especially for the puddly lights. There is not much clearance.

The trunk lights are double ended. The length stated in the Osram book was a little long, but I made it work. Same goes for the vanity lights over the mirrors. They were a few mm long as well, but you can bend the holder a bit to make them work. There is one in the glove box too, but don't remember what style it was. The Osram book is a good source.
