  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I got stranded with my ex bf’s souped up 2010 genesis coupe 2.0 with after market exhaust and wheels. This thing is fast. I heard it’s perfect for drifting. I don’t need a second car. Looking for advice -want it to go w someone who will appreciate it! Only want what I owe on it $7200 any advice on specialty forums on where to sell it? Thanks so much!

There’s a limited demand for “souped up” cars, but you could sell it that way. May just require more time. As an alternative, you could remove the aftermarket upgrades, sell them separately, and return the car to its original condition.

You could always purchase a listing on Autotrader . . . Lots of people look there. Works better if you’re in a large metropolitan area.

Either way, good luck!

Thank you so much. Never thought about selling the after market parts too. Good idea. If I have to return the exhaust to factory. It would be real for drift racing as is...
