How to use black cargo net in trunk?

Eureka! I finally figured out how to use this in an envelope configuration (at least, I think so... it seems right anyway). I was not at all impressed with the default flat installation. I bought mine from eBay, so maybe it's just stretched out, but using it in the flat position seems like it won't hold small items well - it's much looser than it appears in the photo. I really miss the vertical envelope mounting style I had with the Azera. Anyway, I saw references to a trunk floor envelope mount, and just couldn't quite wrap my head around it until... I did...

My G70 does not have hooks, just a closed loop. So how does it attach?
