  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hi Folks,
Just picked up my 3.8 Black genesis, already put the wing emblem as soon as I got home. Was trying to connect my phone via bluetooth. I couldn't find the direction in the user manual. Will any 1 help me here?

I just got my Coupe last Saturday and set up the Bluetooth. It is in the owners manual and it has a code like 0000 to activate it. Your cell has to be on bluetooth also to work. I hope this helps. Maybe someone has the page marked since I am at work. It was fast and easy. However when I talk to someone it echo's alot I am told by people who are talking to me.

Canceled Post.

2010 Coupe,
The echo is generally caused by having two mics at once...you may want to check the settings on your phone. There might be a setting that turns off the phone's built-in mic when Bluetooth is on. My iPhone has an option like this.

Thank you and I will give it a try to see if it works.

I just bought a Genesis 4.6 and people complain that they hear an echo of their own voice when I am using the blue tooth function in Genesis. I have a LG Dare from Verizon.
