Hub Hyundai - Hwy 290 Houston, Texas

I have purchased over 10 personal vehicles and over 30 commercial vehicles. I think I've seen most tricks in the book but I'm sure there are some that I've yet to learn.

With that said, Hub Hyundai on Hwy 290 in Houston, Texas was hands down the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle.

My salesperson, Ryan Bourgeois, was nothing less than an absolute professional. Ryan made every effort to match any price from all other dealerships. At one point, he extended an unsolicited counter offer in order to win my business. Ryan actually counter offered his own counter from another dealership. He stated that he wanted to offer an even lower counter so that he would make certain I would purchase from his dealership. The final cost was below invoice and below wholesale for the Genesis!

The General Manager at Hub 290 is a hands-on leader. He was fully informed of every situation within his dealership...most GM's are not.

The Service Manager and Preowned Manager both evaluated my trade-in and offered a price well above KBB and Edmunds.

The Finance Manager was extremely upfront. He turned the monitor so that I could see every single item listed with my purchase. There was absolutely ZERO add-on costs from the start!!! I did not have to fight in order to remove sneaky underhanded costs.

I highly recommend Hub Hyundai on Hwy 290 in Houston, Texas.

Thanks for your post. Good information. I live out by Tomball and am strongly considering getting a Genesis after the first of the year. If I do, I will definately talk to Hub.

And I use HUB Katy for service. Like their 290 home store, they too are the very best!

Glad to see that Hub does well. I stopped by the Katy store and they seemed to be quite good at least on the service end.
