  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hi all,
I have a question about the HUD in my 2015 Genesis. Linked below is the display I normally see with the speed limit sign and the current speed.

If, however, I move my head slightly to the left (as you might do when leaning on the driver's armrest) the image cuts-off as linked below. Notice that you can see only one half of the speed limit sign.

I realize that the nature of the HUD system would result in image cut-off at some point; I am surprised that the cut-off occurs with so little head movement. I am curious as to whether this happens in all cars or if my HUD is somehow out of alignment.

Thanks in advance.

I think this happens to all Genesis owners with the HUD. I'm about 6'3" and the second driver is around 5'4". We both have different experiences with the HUD and the edges getting cut off when you move your head. I didn't experience this at all on a BMW.
