HUD not working

I have an intermittent Genesis Heads-Up Display (HUD). Sometimes it works, but most of the time it does not. I have tried to reset by simultaneously pressing the Map and Setup buttons for about 10 seconds. It did not help. I do not use polarized lenses.
I have a 2024 GV80

Hi,
I used to have a 23 GV80,one issue I had was the HUD would go off sometimes but the settings said it was on and it usually came back on after
re start but not every time.
brought it in to the dealer and they actually duplicated the problem and ordered the part,once it was replaced it never happened again.
