HUD only works periodically and randomly (2019 G80 3.8)

Hey all, first timer! Just got my first Genesis last month and LOVE IT.

only one issue thus far: sometimes my heads up display works, sometimes it doesn't. now and then it starts working right when I start up the car, but usually within 10-15 mins it just randomly disappears. So I know it's not the dimness, sunglasses, dirty projection etc.

Had the same issue when I got my 19 sport. Afternoon driving it home and couldn’t see squat and couldn’t get the HUD bright enough. Was going to take it back for a look by service and happened to drop my sunglasses for something and it was perfect. Super bright Found it in the manual about polarized lenses.
