HUD speed sign always shows 5to10 miles under the posted speed limit, how can I change this

Heads up display shows 5to 10 mph under the posted speed limits, At speeds above 55 mph. Can this be corrected?

The speed comes from the navigation on the SD card and no, it cannot be changed by you. Have you updated the navigation? Could it still be showing old speed limits from before they were raised in some states?
