Well, it's pretty much confirmed that Genesis is doing what I've stated they should have done from the start - offer hybrids starting in 2025 (we may not get them til 2026) with the G80 and GV70 being the first 2 models.

Seems likely that the HEVs will arrive in the form of a 2nd refresh, but think Genesis should seriously consider developing another gen of ICE by means of HEV/PHEV as hybrids should become the dominant form of propulsion (outside of China and maybe Europe) over the next decade.
Hyundai recent upped the production of the new hybrid Santa Fe from 35k to 70k and that probably won't be enough to meet demand.
On a side note, the X convertible purportedly has been slated for production in limited nos.
