  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hyundai accused of misleading Elantra MPG ratings

This cracks me up.

There is a HUGE sticker on the side of the car that shows you exactly what you're going to get from a fuel consumption standpoint.

These people are either illiterate, dumb, or blind. This is just another example of people always placing the blame on someone else.

Bet you their favorite saying as a kid was "It wasn't me! He did it!"

I have the same opinion as you. Wouldn't this apply to all manufacturers, and not just Hyundai?

I guess some people need to learn to read. Or they need glasses. Right under those big numbers is says, "expected range for most drivers is XX to XX MPG". Guess they also for got to read the second partin big bold letters, " Your actual mileage WILL vary". Notice they didn't say MAY but WILL VARY.
