Traded the 07 Santa Fee for a 09 Elantra Touring. Horrible sales experience. My wife was there with 2 kids, hearing several times that all is taken care of and still spent 2 hours and the next day 3 hours there. Nothing had been prepared, sales staff simply sux. And now they found another rebate, which is nice, but we have to drive there again to sign the changed contract, a third time. How about doing the home work once and right! I bought my 2010 Coupe there, so we are repeat customers. When we bought the Santa Fe at Bill Marsch in Traverse City, MI, it took 30 min total and we were a new customer. That was good service!
Shame on Hyundai Ann Arbor, all future service will be done at another Hyundai dealer.
