  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Is the percentage based on on MSRP or what you paid?

That is super. Makes my deal a $430/month lease with no money down if I trade at 36 months.

I presume that they (dealer) were supposed to provide the documentation regarding the Assurance program at the time of sale? Sent my wife/daughter in together with a Circle certificate to buy a vehicle and they received nothing, nor did the sales person know anything about it. FYI, you can print off the percentages at the Hyundai site for the particular month in which you buy the vehicle (I just printed off July numbers since we just took delivery of our Tucson). What a shame for Hyundai. Apparent great products and the support seems to be no where in keeping with their product (with the exception of one local representative on this board who has been kind enough to assist me with some information here in N. Texas and will certainly get my business when it is time for my Genny).

My Hyundai Assurance Trade-in Value Quarantee Certificate arrived by mail about 2+ month after the purchase. It is printed on nice looking letter size color heavy paper with sort of water marks around the edge.
I was also expecting it at the delivery (05/02/11) but both sales and finance did not have a clue.

Thanks for the information! Wife is on the phone as we speak making the inquiry as to the Assurance paperwork and the lack of the actual window sticker. This I think has been a nice learning experience for her, but I'm not sure that she sees it as such from her perspective ;).

I just got a letter from my dealer. Seems all I have to do to get into the Assurance Program is to come in and buy a new Genesis. But the old one isn't worn out yet, so...
