Hyundai Circle Discount/Cash(O-Plan)

I was contacted by a friend who states I have access to this plan. He doesn't seem to know all the ins/outs and I'm just unsure how it works. He gave me a # to contact someone on Thursday(to add to it I'm out of town on Thursday evening for a business trip) but I'm pretty anxious because it seems TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

Do you have to finance thru Genesis/Hyundaii, are there specific colors you are subject to, Circle Cash vs Circle Discount?

Here is the breakdown he sent me(by the way I'm looking at the 2025 GV80):

MSRP: $81,300
Invoice: $77,304(Dealer Invoice Price)
Hyundai Circle Cash: $1,199.25(Your Circle Cash)
Hyundai Circle Cash: $12,900.00

Hyundai Circle Price: $63,204.75(Price does not include normal tax, title, and registration fees, etc)

Can these numbers be true????????????

I bought a car using the program about 4 years ago. I do not know real answers to your questions but can give you datapoints based on my experience.
1) when I bought my GV60 last month I no longer had a contact for a circle code, but I asked dealers about it like I had one since maybe I could find one. Two dealers told me they would not accept a circle deal, one of which was where we bought the prior car.
2) when I used the deal we got a certificate number and it was tied to a specific vehicle. I could log onto the circle portal and see all vehicles in my region and sort them. I seem to recall seeing a MSRP and circle price for each. We the identified 2 or 3 that met our requirements, but none were local. I showed the cars I was interested in to the local dealer who we had been working with and they told me they would trade for one. He called me and told me which the next day. IIRC I changed the car in the portal and reissued my certificate for that car and it had a price on it that the dealer matched while also giving me all Genesis program funds that I was eligible for.
