Anyone else having this issue:
Sign up to use MyHyundai website and Bluelink. Initial setup fine. After 1st use, password no longer works. Unable to reset. Contact Customer Service - reset resolved after 2 week wait. Repeat sign-in. Password no working again!
At this point I can't use my Bluelink to remote ANYTHING! Cold weather. Would like to use the Remote Start function.
Any ideas what do to. Can't get past Customer Service Tech. Issue has been ongoing (on & off) for 6 months.
HYUNDAI - if you are reading this - I AM FRUSTRATED!!:mad:
 
I've had problems with the myhyundai site also.
At first I couldn't log in on my home computer. It took a while but after I was able to get on, I started getting error messages when I clicked on bluelink. ..."User authorization failed, redirecting to MyHyundai"....I get the same message when clicking on "Monthly Vehicle Health Report"
I seem to remember that when I first signed up, Every time I went on the site, it would show my current mileage. After two months it stopped. I emailed them, and was told that the mileage only updated once a month (what good is that??). After three months I'm dropping the pay versions of Connected Care, and XM radio.
(don't need XM because of the hard drive in the radio.......Tech package)

Bluelink remote subscriber here.
Everything seems to work fine for me.
Just used the remote start as recently as this morning.
I assume you're using smartphone BL app to do the all the remote functions?

In the past, I found the easiest thing to get these issues resolved, is to press the blue link button in the car, say representative and pretend to be 'dumb'' to get them to fix any issue I had, including password reset!

As a side note: I am much happier with their new security model for both mobile app and their website, as their old API (security) to control our cars where somewhat of a joke to someone who knows what they are doing :eek:... NUFF....

Welcome to Hyundai's basket of irritating issues. The basket is an abyss. Some problems seem to run throughout the Genesis, but, some are particular to a handful of them.

Personally, I'm unable to get my "auto" light system to work in a continuous manner. I've had it in maybe 7 times about this and they are unable to fix it. I'm seriously considering trading and "may" stick with Hyundai (I know I know) but I like so many things about the Genesis and refuse to go German due to their overall poor reliability and very high maintenance and repair costs.
