Has anyone has there payments deleted or lost on their account ledger with Genesis?
I’ve been making payments since June 2021, then in January 2022 they reported to all 3 credit agencies I was late 90 days?

I had to send proof my my bank, call my bank on 3 way. It’s been over 1 months and it’s still not fixed.

My credit went from 700 plus to just under 500.

On my Genesis account my balances are changing daily, one day it will say I’m $3000 past due, the next day $10,000, and then $4500 the following.

I have a new statement that shows how many payments I’ve made 11, with 61 remaining but they said I’ve only made 5?

They have now stopped taking my calls and emails.

I made my last payment in March 2022 but the system says October 2021, I can’t trust them to keep track of my payments and report information to the credit companies.

Has anyone here ever gone through this, and if so can you tell me your experience?

Never had a problem over five cars. I have no idea how to fix the past but I do have some idea on the future. Change the way you pay. Originally I used to pay on line with direct transfer from the bank. That worked. Later, they wanted to charge a fee for that (since dropped) so I had the payment made by the bank directly to them. That worked too.

Just on chance your payment method is part of the problem, change it. Good luck getting it fixed.

I wish it was the payment method. At first that’s what they thought. Almost had me thinking it too

But with every day my balances changing its not the payments, payments won’t make my pay off go up and down 5-10k every other day.

The statement they they send show how many payments I’ve made, but the money is going in reverse..like a reverse mortgage…

I thought about refinancing it with my Credit Union, but since they incorrectly reported me 90 days late I can’t get approved even though I never missed a payment in my 77 years on this planet

I’ve contacted the BBB, CPA, and now here. Only because Genesis refuses to take my calls or answer my emails

They know messed up and a Major Lawsuit is coming I guess , just wanted to see if there are any other victims

I haven't experienced that exact issue with Genesis, but I had a similar situation with another company.
