Anyways, I was watching episode 12 and noticed a gorgeous Hyundai Genesis as the focus of an unusual car chase. Really cool to see Hyundai Genesis highlighted on TV.

Anyone else sen the Genesis thrown into TV or the movies?

There have been some first Generation Genesis on TV shows over the past 5 years. It is called "product placement" and the manufacturer pays the TV show, plus provides the product for use. This applies to any product you see on a TV show or a movie, even a can of Coke (if it is clearly identifiable on the show as a Coke).

Yep, I'm aware of how it works. Just nice to see a 2015 Genesis on TV. I guess I don't watch enough TV to see the Genesis used as a product placement.

It's not a Gen, but it's not exactly a secret that Hyundai is very invested in Walking Dead with the Tuscon. There's even a Walking Dead edition of the SUV LOL.

There's a bk1 Genesis Coupe in that cell phone commercial with Beckham. It's one of the cars at the head of that traffic jam he walks in front of.
