  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

It seems that a production model of this concept will be making it to our shores in a couple of years.

What's noteworthy is that Hyundai is developing a direct-injection 2.0-liter Theta Turbo GDI which can be tuned up to 286 hp.

While this engine thus far is planned for a no. of Hyundai's crossovers, it would be perfect for a Genesis 3 Series fighter (if talk/rumors about that are true).

This vehicle is really bold design wise, I wander if they will be able to keep that for the production version?

Regarding the engine option, we can only hope that if developed they bring it here. Manufacturers are not wanting to spend the additional money in R&D to make the diesels compliant with our requirements, as they do not believe they will be able to recoup it in the price, but Hyundai might have a better bit of luck, just time will tell.

It's an interesting looking vehicle. :p

I think this car is a great concept for the small SUV segment, such as the Nissan Rogue or BMW X6 or X3. I'd consider it as I'm more of a truck person, and it would be good as a second car for the family as it's only me 98% of the time when I drive the second car. I would hope they tone down on the futuristic spacey look, and put in the luxury features that are in the Veracruz to make it a smooth and quiet ride. I would think it could get around 30 mpg too.
