Hyundai Portico

Past several months there were a lot of spy photo postings of the Hyundai Portico and then it kind of fell off the radar. Anyone know if it's been cancelled? I was interested in it as a potential family hauler.

There haven't been any spy shots of that in over a year. Leftlanenews.com had a bunch of them. Rumor is that Hyundai went back to the drawing board after seeing the Toyota Venza. It was meant to replace the Entourage minivan.

Any news on the Portico lately? As I mentioned in the Tucson thread we stopped at a dealership yesterday. We went to look at the Entourage as we are expecting our third baby and need a family hauler. The sales guy said they discontinued the Entourage. We were bummed

They did say that Hyundai was bringing it back totally redesigned at the end of this year. Was he referring to the Portico?

From the Portico spy shots I saw online it looks really nice. Would like to see interior shots. One site mentioned it is to compete with the Mercedes R-class. I can see that but I hope if they bring the Portico out it has a lot more cargo space than the R-class. I checked the R-class out once and the cargo space in that thing can't handle more than a duffle bag.

So Hyundai will we see a Portico (re-designed Entourage) later this year?

you're probably better off waiting for the next generation Kia Sedona, which is much more likely to happen.
