Thanks @Roc! Finally purchased my first Genesis (6th Hyundai) a 2015, 3.8 with 141K. It has the Harsh or Delayed Shifting issue. Scheduling my appointment at Laird Noller Hyundai today. Will update thread after service. Appreciate all those who have come before me!
Nowe, to learn about the power trunk lift gate that unlocks and immediately shuts. It doesn't fully open.

Hello guys, new update with the problem of transmission.
Accidentally we found that on Genesis DH, there is a problem with Brake booster, the central membrane is broken in wet (medium) climate (i thinks its a time problem of anywhere).

The main idea that brake booster gain much more air than needed, and the valve isnt closed when needed, as a result, the ECM gain wrong data from the Torque sensor, and thats why we got transmission shocks.

How is your transmission saga going? I recently purchased a 2015 5.0 Genesis, love the car, but am seeing flaring and slightly harsh shifting, I am at 94k. I am going to replace solenoids and pan in a few weeks.

But those cases with brake booster, was the problem only from two of 20 cars.

I am having this issue in 2-3, 3-4 and also noticing a hard shift down from 3-4 at times. Its not constant and cannot tell whats causing it per say as during the cold its hardly noticeable but on warmer days i can feel it for sure......

I had no issues and had drain and fill done last year so not sure if that created this issue.......

I also had a brake line issue and the local mechanic who fixed it also either damaged the ebrake module or at least the ebrakes as they broke......he is no longer in business lol........not sure if that is related to the tranny issues noted in this thread and at this point i am scared for the options on my 106,000 miles car .

I had another user give me the TSB noted but its not a reacall so not sure what options I have (buy my own solenoid and a transmission shop to fix?). The car value is 5-6k? Drive it until its dead....?

Thanks for this. Is there a reason Hyundai Corporate doesn't send this to owners? This is from five years ago. My car was still warranty by calendar but not by miles.
