  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Yesterday, Hyundai unveiled its Dad's Sixth Sense Super Bowl ad, which showed off the 2015 Genesis Sedan and its auto emergency braking system. While a fine spot, it lacked the pizzaz we expect of a commercial for the big game. Hyundai's second half-minute commercial, however, is more of what we expect of a Super Bowl ad.

Starring The Big Bang Theory's Johnny Galecki and with a cameo from comedian Richard Lewis, the commercial sees Galecki trying to woo a woman he comes across at a stop light by complimenting her on her Elantra, which just so happens to be what he's driving. Things go hilariously awry from there.

Scroll down for a full look at the video, and let us know how you think it stacks up next to yesterday's Dad's video.Continue reading Hyundai's second Super Bowl ad is a Nice piece of work

I like it more than the Genesis commercial

That's pretty poor from Hyundai, to be honest.

Marketing the Genesis as a safe family car (auto braking) should not be Hyundai's first theme out of the starting gate. This is particularly true given the unresolved status of those existing brake problems. Also, as we enter Super Bowl weekend, we have heard nothing more about the cash settlement payoff plan for those 2012 vehicle mpg debacle credit cards.

This one brought me into the Genesis family. Ever since I seen this commercial I have been excited to buy a Genny. I will be a future Genesis owner. I am hoping that they release the RSPEC version this fall... If not, I will buy the V8 version that is to be released in a few short months.

I agree that the new commercial is some what anticlimactic after seeing the one you posted above. They are just advertising what they feel is an improvement on safety after seeing the other brands sport the same options.

Here is to a brand new Performance version of the Genesis coming in the fall :)
