  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

It's terribly annoying to use the stereo interface to scroll through my 80 Gig Ipod to find the band I want to listen to. It can take more than a full minute of twisting the little knob on the stereo to get to a band in the "r-z" section of my Ipod.

I figured out a "work-around" until there is, hopefully, some kind of firmware release that will make it easier to navigate an Ipod on non-tech models.

1. Unplug your Ipod from the Hyundai cable
2. Scroll to the band you want to hear using the Ipod wheel
3. Press play on the Ipod
4. Plug the Hyundai cable back into the Ipod

This method takes about 5 seconds versus the minute or more using the stereo interface.
