I need help with the audio in my 2012 Genesis Sedan 3.8 sedan. The auxiliary screen won't come up

I'm having trouble with the audio in my car. I can connect my phone to the Bluetooth in the car. But I can't get to the auxiliary screen to use the Bluetooth. When I press the disc/aux button to get to that screen, the system skips over it.

If anyone here has encountered this issue, how did you resolve it?
