I'm just moving these posts out of the V6/V8 discussion to keep it on topic...

We don't have a gas guzzler tax. We just pay that tax every time we fill up no matter how good the mileage is on your vehicle.
And besides, we have 11 months of winter and live in igloos.

could you stand not being able to wash your car for 11months because it would freeze, having your neighbour's sled dogs take a leak on your tires and they freeze to the ground and the 1 month that it isn't winter, you have to drive on potholes large enough to swallow your car and sqeegie bugs off the front of your car daily?

Toronto only hit -37C with the windchill this year. Compared to Minnesota, it feels like Northern Florida.
