Could you take a few minutes to assess the usability of the controls related to the 14.5-inch display?:
  • Does it block any of your line-of-site above the dashboard?
  • Can you reach the screen for touch-screen input or is it too far away?
  • Is it easy to use the control input pad in the center console while you're driving?
  • Is it comfortable to reach over the gear selector knob to use that input pad?
  • Is the control input pad on the center console intuitive to use?
Thanks for accepting input like this....

Noted! I'll get back to you with a vid hopefully covering all!

Please check to see if we can have the option of wood dash in the sport model. I really dislike the carbon fiber compared to wood - here in the states. thx b

No worries. It helps me develop contents for the video, so it's a win-win for both of us. As for this request, I doubt I'd be able to test it out since I'd have a Hyudai representative on a passenger seat. Can't jeopardize someone else's safety for my own needs. 🤣
Oops, sorry I thought you would be in the vehicle alone haha. I definitely wouldn’t want anyone’s safety jeopardised. The representative might be able to show you the safety features though? When I went to test the Volvo S90, the representative showed the autonomous braking with me in the passenger seat. Nonetheless, thank you for taking the questions asked prior. ☺️🙂

I'd appreciate if you could show us a couple things:
  1. Where the 4-cyl and the 6-cyl engines sit with respect to the front axle, assuming you get to see both the 2.5l and the 3.5l versions
  2. What kind of windshield and side glass are used, ideally with images of the info in the corner of the panel
Thanks in advance

If you have access to the gas-powered 3.5TT V6 model, I would LOVE to hear the exhaust note on startup with a few revs!

I love your question #1 :D
Will certainly check on it if possible!

Hello everyone,
I made a video of full exterior and interior review of 2021 Genesis G80.
I have all your questions noted, and video about that will soon be uploaded!
Meanwhile, please enjoy the video and stay tuned!

Thanks once again for all your inputs and interest.
Will try to come up with the best vid I can :D

Curious what is happening with the g80 sport and if the base 2.5 turbo is enough to make the car not feel like a tank.
When I first saw the body I thought it had a liftback like the Audi a5 and got really excited. I feel like they missed an opportunity there.

Genesis had nothing official about G80 Sport, but it will be coming, that's for sure.
As for engine performance, all the cars ready were in 3.5 T model(380hp), so didn't get a chance for the comparison.
However, judging from how 3.5T performed on a G80, I think it's safe to say that 2.5T will also deliver sufficient performance on a normal street.
As long as we are talking about power, 3.5T is VERY powerful, and transmission does a good job delivering it :D

Once again, thank you everyone for leaving questions and feedback.
Not only does it help me create the content, but is very insightful and deeply thought questions that'd tough to find unless you are a true Genesis fan.

I've recorded all the video necessary for this 2021 G80, need some time compiling and editing, so stay tuned!
You will be first to know when it's up!

Thanks again, and be safe!

Little silver knobs on B pillars are probably pegs to hang a sports jacket up by its loop inside.

Backwards operating indicating RPM Gauge is ridiculous. Hope its fixable with a software update.
Every gauge and clock in the world goes in the same direction. Why would anyone make in counter-intuitive and go the other way. DUMB.

Not every, my BMW goes the same way as the GV80.
