I really wish i had R spec instead of my 3.8 v6 that time it would be much easier too beat every bmw and mersedes arround but i cant get r spec because its not avilable here

Maybe not having one may save your life. I'm glad you don't live in the US so I don't have to worry about another idiot racing on public roads putting my family at risk.

The r-spec doesn't really accelerate all that much faster.. it has more power, but also more weight to haul.

Only reason I stayed with the V6 is, I like it's handling better. I reckon to each his/her own..

Who said im a racer, i never did a race before, all i mean is for example on the high way i can pass them with lesser effort. And i hope you dont decrease your respect to me and any one else in this site at the end we r discussing points about Genesis, we r not here to say idiot do this an that.. I hope its clear for you...

You will love it in the future when everyone is required to live in a padded cell to prevent losing tax payers! This neutered attitude belongs on the bus. Or you could park the Genny in the yard and just listen to the stereo, much safer.

WOW what is your major malfunction?? I stated my observation, that I do believe the guy was talking about racing, however I didn't comment on whether or not racing is bad - that's purely your assumption!! And YES, your assumption is wrong. I love to gun my Genny just like most people with a nice fast car.

So in the future, please keep your assumptions to yourself or at least ask to clarify what it is you assume people are thinking..!!

A person is not a racer just because they like cars with a lot of power. The power can save lives when used to avoid a crash. I have needed power to avoid a crash at least 6 times in the last two years. There have been occasions on the interstate when I needed 600hp.

I absolutely agree with you, that you can accelerate your ass out of trouble.

Please excuse the misplacement of my comment. I was refering to the assumption made by Shagnat that the OP was 1: a racer on public roads, 2: Likely to be endangering his family, 3: An Idiot. (his words) My remark is intended to point out that many or all of these assumptions are false. I have seen drivers that are unsafe at 10 MPH as often as those that are unsafe at 100. When I wanted to race I took it to the track. Life has many circumstances that are unsafe. I would simply say that if you drive fast YOU are responsible for eveyones safety. On the track the overtaking party is responsible for a safe pass.

I love big horsepower cars. I grew up around the Hemi's, big block GM cars and 427 Fords. The current muscle cars the manufacturers build are faster, handle better, have great creature comforts and get over 20 mpg. Be patient, maybe you can make a deal sometime in the future.
