Icy Road Warning Setting

Hello all

I live in a extremely rainy environment and noticed that the icy road conditions settings is enabled for my 2020 G70. That said, does this setting need to be enabled in rainy environments as well? It will never snow where I live unless hell freezes over.

A stupid question is one never asked.....

In the infotainment screen there is the option to disable this warning.

It is strictly temperature related and goes off when it hits approx 33 degrees. No matter how slippery the road from rain it does nothing. You can shut it off but you'd probably never see a warning in mild climate anyway.

I've always seen it pop on at ~37 degF but yeah if you aren't worried you can disable in the center info screen as mentioned.
