  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hey what's up guys, new genesis owner checking in. I own a 2nd gen Gray 2015 Genesis 5.0 and I assume we have the technology package. I have been watching these cars since 2014 and now that I finally own one, must say that I'm amazed what Hyundai was able to accomplish. It feels like this car should be worth 80 to $100,000 and I picked it up 4 under 30 with less than 30k miles, so it's almost like a new car. I'm looking forward to performing modifications 8n the future, I think the first will be my exhaust, then it take, then maybe wheels and lowering springs. This car is almost perfect even to be 3 years old it keeps up with almost everything on the road and the power is on tap. Moving forward i'sm excited to share whatever I learn in the future and I hope I become as knowledgeable as you all to be able to offer help when needed. If any car meets are in SC/GA I'lk be more than willing to bring what I have as well lol.. now let's get these things tuned20180929_143805.webp

Nice ride man...

Congrats on the ride! What state are you in ?

Congrats! now get some nice wheels and lower it on ARK GT-F springs.

The 5.0s seem hard to find. I see 2nd gen cars around here everyday. Only seen 1 V8, and that was a 2015 I saw last week. Looks nice. What color interior?

Man I can't wait. That 1.25" drop looks super clean and sporty. I haven't found any good sites for wheels yet however

There isn't anything near 1.25...more like .75 front and rear on 5.0 with GT-F springs. With GT-S, the front will sink in ~1.75 or even more!

I must have read it wrong. I thought I read 1.25 all the way around. I guess I'll have to settle lol

I hardly see any 5.0's in my area as well. I literally searched for the car last thursday and there were 2 5.0's for sale within 50 miles of my house, & I bought the Gray one Saturday. The other one was the Ibiza Blue with Ivory interior, not my cup of joe. My interior is black

Don't believe what you see on their website.....trust me, been there, done that. I had both sets on my '15 5.0 and you don't want to be that low on the front.
