Sorry no experts have responded to you so far............
I'm new to Hyundai, and I haven't yet collected all the usual reference materials, so just a shot in the dark:
There may be a circuit that supplies power to he entertainment system even when the car is off; there might be a blown fuse in that circuit.
? Does the rest of your system start up instantly? Mine sometimes takes quite a few seconds to startup; seems to be a random annoyance. But nothing like a full minute.

My jog wheel infotainment system occasionally takes about 5 seconds more than usual to boot up.

One time in the 4 months I've had the car, it seemed to reload Sirius & I saw the dash clock spin around to reset itself at the same time.

Take it to the dealer. They have a tsb to replace radio for this issue
