Infortainment wheel not working on Radio screen

Has anyone had issues with the infotainment dial. I notice that sometimes the wheel on the radio screen to scroll through different ui elements won’t register any movement but on other screens it will work, for example the Home Screen. The touch pad and the steering wheel scroll still function as expected on the radio screen. usually a restart of the car sometimes fixes the issue. I am also on the newest update but this was happening on the previous update as well.

When you say Radio, are you talking specifically about pone connected media, such as CarPay or AA? I have seen that happen a couple of times and the last time I had to reboot my phone and that did the trick.

Nope I mean the actual radio with the radio stations. It seems to work for ACP and AA and everything else. Just the radio stations I can’t scroll through sometimes.

Make sure the highlight is in the right place before you turn the dial...it's a bit finicky. I started using the next/previous song toggle on the steering wheel to go to the next/previous radio station. Then you can do it from any screen.

I have the stations list selected and it’ll work with the steering wheel but still won’t with the dial. It’s weird because I can select the weather on the far right of the screen and the scroll will work for that. Seems like just the radio stations is where it bugs out sometimes

It's not just a turn wheel. It toggles like a joystick on a game controller. It depends on what page you're on sometime you have to toggle it to make it come into view and I think that's that your issue is. Try that and then turn the wheel to scroll through and see if that works.

I have a video but not sure how to upload. Anyways, I have the right section selected because I do see a blue highlight around the radio station. I tried the swipe up and down to switch as well and that works too. It’s just weird that the turn wheel doesn’t work specifically on the radio. Definitely a software bug of some sort

Here’s a picture of the radio station selected but the turn wheel not working. Again, the swipe and the steering wheel rocker work perfectly to switch between radio stations.

Try resetting the system by pressing and holding map and setup buttons at the same time. This happened to me yesterday for the first time and resetting fixed it.
