  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Has anyone bought one yet and seen a noticeable gain?

Looking at aem, injen, k&n

i have the 3,8 track and looking to get a little more hp under the hood..

thanks

only one i know about is the injen intake and there is a video on youtube of the injen intake giving 19 whp on a dyno.. that car had a catback but still 19whp is 19 whp. Have you talked to your dealership about the possibility of voiding your warranty with mods? I've heard it varies quite a bit depending on which dealership you pull into.

NyHyundai, update the post with which intake you install and if you see noticeable gains from it. I just leased the 2011 3.8 track, so I am looking to do similar simple mods that the dealership informed me I could do as long as when I return the car, I put all the stock parts back on the car. Thanks

I'm picking between Injen And AEM. I really wanted AEM but feedbacks from hyundai repair questions makes me think twice. They say AEM comes with a better washer fluid tank. Injen and AEM seems to have same power gains but they really differ in the washer fluid tank.

I went with the Injen. It had better numbers and seemed to be a better design. I have been very happy with the improvements.
