  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

The Car Care Nut on YouTube reviewed the GV60.

I thought it was worth the watch, and basically fair, though I disagree with his comparison to the Tesla based on price (spoiler - he thinks Tesla is a better value). Anyone else view it? The comments were striking to say the least with surprising amount of ignorance and vitriol against Genesis and EVs in particular.

It's a Toyota channel, all the subscribers are Toyota fanboys who consume Scotty Kilmer crap.

He does have a Toyota Channel, but this is actually his other "Reviews" channel, not Toyota specific. Of course, many of the audience of his original channel spill over into this one.

I thought he had some interesting comments, while heaping lots of praise on the GV60 interior and exterior design. Most importantly, he reviewed the Performance trim, so the comments about range and price are noted. He also got a little bit into thermal efficiency - essentially how the inverter/battery/cabin heating and cooling work together in the most efficient way. Tesla excels in this department (octovalve, etc), and I agree with him that other manufacturers aren't yet at the same level of design and engineering.
