Is this the Electronic Parking Brake button? Indicative of "Tech" Trim?

Is this the Electronic Parking Brake button? If so, is this a visual indicator for the car having the Signature+Tech trim?

I've been shopping for a used 2016 AWD with Tech Trim. The Ultimate (with the DIS wheel) stupidly doesn't support Apple Carplay/Android Auto.

Right now, I'm seeing a lot of cars out there with what I think are just Signature Trim (the 'lesser' package below the Tech Trim). Another visual indicator is the dashboard screen; Signature Trim is just 4" whereas it's 7" on the Tech Trim. But not all listings show that picture or the photo is hard to see.

That is not the electronic park button, that is for the parking sensors.

the EBB button is located on the dash to the left of the steering wheel under the other control buttons, as far as I know all trim levels get EBB:

Not stupidly. The tech in the Ultimate was designed before AA and CP were available. It is not compatible.
