I'm really loving my new GV70 but i get the distinct feeling that there is a corporate culture at Genesis and attitude towards their customers that is troubling. My views about any measure of corporate responsiveness is that most any can do the big things... it's the small things that really tell you what's going on.
I just got my "welcome" email from Genesis Finance with a link to create my account. "Not Found. Error 404"
So, it turns their bad link was simply missing "www" and it worked fine. My assumptions are:
1. I can't be the first customer to encounter this.
2. Someone at Genesis Financial must have gotten wind of this problem.
3. No-one has done anything to fix it.
This took me all of 30 seconds to get to the correct page but this lack of attention to detail still spells "KIA service" and not "Genesis Service".
Here's hoping there are growing pains issues they still need to work out aand in the future they'll get to the right level.
