Hey Everyone -
We finally had to get rid of my wife's car at 155K miles. Once she saw a picture of a Genesis that was the only car she wanted, and that was 8 months ago. I found a 2009 3.8 in Royal Blue Pearl at a dealership in NC a couple weeks ago. It has just about everything except Navigation. It has black interior with the saddle leather across the dash. We agreed on a deal and I drove up there to pick it up. It has 49K miles on it. I'm 6'8" tall, and I have never been able to fit in cars that well, which is why I drive a truck. I couldn't believe how much room is in this car!!! It is everything I was hoping it would be and more. The wife couldn't be happier.
The funny thing was, I stopped to eat at a Subway on the way back and parked next to a silver BMW 530i. When I came out the guy and his wife were staring at the car. They started asking me all sorts of questions, to which I didn't have a lot of answers since I had only owned it for 1 hour. Both he and his wife sat in it and were blown away. I guess they may be getting a Genesis in the future.
