  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Wooho! I am in need of my 12k oil change. I was able to use the online tool via Owners.Genesis to schedule it.

Looks like the promised infrastructure and tooling for the user experience we all thought we'd have is starting to appear.

do they have an option to select a loaner or valet?

Yep, I selected valet and then picked the drop off location and time. Got a text a few minutes later confirming it.

Let's see if they really show up on Wednesday.
As much as I am pulling for you I will be surprised if someone actually shows up (confirmation is meaningless) without your talking to someone. Glad you and not me are testing it out. I would never chance it unless I didn’t care if it fails.

I have them picking it up from the office so I'll be here no matter what. So no skin off my back if they don't but at least it works now - before it would throw an error.

So things are at least progressing in the way we hoped.

Newest text had a link to the driver's progress where you can track in real time.

As you can see this is not a dealer website, THIS is a Genesis tool.

Nice to see a company fulfill a promise. Things like this make me glad I left Alfa for the upstart.

Nice! This is good news! Also, that app is pretty slick, kind of like Uber/Lyft.

Dang, seems like they're pretty on top of it with keeping customers updated! That's always reassuring!

I'm two hours past when they should've been by to pick up for my first service. Called the service desk and left a message...

My preferred dealer service manager gave me the number for direct contacts. Their dealerships under common ownership have a centralised phone center 100 miles from here and route calls as they determine appropriate or take messages or send to email. He said skip that and call me direct.

I just got a call back. They said they didn't have info on my request. Then told me it would be one to two weeks to get a service valet scheduled again. Going to leave a negative review and try somewhere else.

did you talk to to a person when you made the appointment? Did you get a confirmation?

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!

This sounds way more to the Hyundai/Genesis service experience I know than the OP.
