Kudos to Fitzgerald Hyundai

Just picked up a 3.8 Tech from Fitzgerald Hyundai in White Flint MD and this was as easy as it gets. First, they put the price on the internet. Price a fair amount below invoice, truly no hassle. Second, they were happy to do most of the sale by email, including answering all of my questions. My salesman was very knowledgable as well. Third, treatment at dealership was excellent, attentive and low key. They went over the after market stuff with me with really no pressure (I didn't opt for anything and they were fine). More like an Accura experience than what you might expect from Hyundai. Finally, they did pretty well (not awesome) with my trade in. Their first offer was too low and they were able to raise it $1500. Didn't feel like they were playing games with me. Overall I would highly recommend these guys for the combination of great prices and great service.

I've gotten my 2011 V8 from them also. Really it was great experience as well.

I've used Fitzmall website to get local dealers to meet or beat prices. This time I actually put down $500 on a "12 Genesis sedan at Fitz-Clearwater but a local dealer agreed to meet their price and since Fitz is 4 hours away- I bought local. Thanks Fitz- you help keep the rest of the Hyundai dealers honest!
