  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I recently leased a 2015 3.8 HTRAC Signature and wanted to get a cap with the Genesis winged emblem on it. Possibly a money clip with the emblem and some T-shirts. The selection is poor and meager. Is it because there aren't enough Genesis sold? Anyone know how I can obtain those products?

I agree. I would buy a bunch of stuff with the winged logo on it. Never had it for my 2011 either. Makes me wonder about Hyundai Americas marketing department. I have logo stuff for my Cadillac, Audi and Oldsmobile. More stuff available for those logos than I could ever use.

A lot of this stuff is made by other companies who license the logo. Hyundai may not be as willing to license their logos as GM, or maybe we're just too small a market to justify the cost of production.

These days, there is no cost to production, things are basically printed from a computer. It is how places like redbubble and cafe press have built their business. Licensing is an issue, more importantly, inventory. With the market this small (I think ~30K cars per year if I recall the numbers I saw correctly), no one wants to keep much inventory of anything on hand. Someone could put items up on a redbubble store or similar and not have to worry about inventory, but without permission from Hyundai they run the risk of the store being shut down.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
You'll find many posts about this. Several of us have created limited shits, pullovers, etc. with the Genny logo. Unfortunately several outlets like Cafe Press, Zazzle, etc. arte now blocking production, calling the logo copyrighted. I've searched US copyrights and do not find the (R). As well, I've emailed Hyundai's marketing dept. (US) and asked for permission on the logo and/or for them to produce hats, etc. No reply.

Once your vehicle is registered with Myhyundai.com (which your dealer should have done to activate Bluelink), there were a couple of hats and things here, but most of the links simply refer you to the dealer.

I would check with the Korean auto import companies, or eBay vendors. Somebody usually makes that stuff for the Korean market.
