Larger Throttle Body?

Has anyone tried to fit a larger throttle body to the Genesis 09-14 sedan 5.0? The setup I have right now has a 4" intake tube going into an approximately 3" or about 75mm throttle body. If the throttle body was larger to accommodate the airflow, I believe it would increase power especially since I have a BTR tune.

Let me know if they make one or if anyone has tried fitting another brand TB and had success. The worst part of owning this amazing car is the lack of aftermarket. I'm one year deep in ownership and out of mods to do...

since it's drive by wire you'd probably need to find a factory Hyundai factory TB that's bigger in hopes that it might still communicate with the ECM with no problems, but even that itself is a long shot. Your best option would probably be to get it ported.

There's a company called Maxbore that does exception porting work on throttle bodies by mail. Otherwise, the throttle body on the 15-16' 5.0 is 3.5 inches. You could see if the bolts line up.
