Just wanted to share this with you guys. I'm at a US based Genesis dealer that's in Colorado and we're now offering free CPO inspections on incoming lease buyouts.
What this means is that whether you choose to buyout your lease on-time or ahead of your turn-in date, we can inspect the car to CPO standards free of cost.
If your car is CPO-worthy, you get the CPO coverage for free which is an extension of your 5yr/60k new car warranty. Extends that to 6yr/75k.
This is only a win for you guys.
What happens if your car does not meet CPO standards after we inspect it? - You can choose to repair what is withholding it from CPO standards. When repaired, we can give the CPO coverage extension on the spot.
If you choose not to go through with the repair, that's fine. It's just an ordinary lease buyout then.
