  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Does anyone know what happens at lease end with all these modifications? Like tint, steering wheel logo, trunk logo, etc.

I was also told that Hyundai charges $400 at lease end if you don't purchase another Hyundai at that time.

What other issues may we see at lease end time?

good question about the mods. Strictly speaking, I guess you would have to restore it to original condition, ie, put back original emblems, etc. But since the mods are mostly genuine Hyundai parts, why should they care?

The $400 Disposition Fee is true. And not unusual, though my last lease through GMAC had none.

Other lease end considerations are charges that may be due to excessive wear & tear. All other lease companies I've dealt with send you the "standards" against which excessive damage is measured about 2 months prior to lease-end. You can then determine what you may owe and decide if you want to have it repaired on your own.
