Lease extension…I’m in

Well…I’ve made my decision. I have decided to extend my lease by 6 months. Nothing changes…other the residual goes down.

With the insane used/new market…zero deals to be had. Sure…I can sell my car and make over $10k…but then what?!?!

Nothing will probably change by May 2022…but we’ll see. I’ll make the difficult decision then.

6 month extension is by month…no contract.

To extend a second 6 months will be essentially impossible unless I’m waiting on a new Genesis.

Luckily…I absolutely still adore my G70!!!

How many miles do you have on it now? I think I've only put about 800 miles on mine over a 5 month period. Sitting at around 11,500 currently.

^ correct. Only change is residual goes down another 6 month’s worth.

All done online via the Genesis Finance website. You could call them…but will take a bit longer.

Has NOTHING to do with the dealer.

Oh…and can only be done within 30 days of the lease end. So I’ll do it mid-October.

^ I wanted the new Bronco…but refuse to pay a penny over MSRP. Currently about $10k over around here. Bullshit man.

I wanted another G70…but only with the 3.5TT. Was hoping for a full refresh by now

The GV70 is out of my price point. Love it though.

Other than that…dunno. S4? Electric Hyundai/KIA? Hurts my brain.

I too am interested in the new Hyundai/Kia/Genesis EVs... I have lots of time though... another 2 years.
