Been here awhile...
We noticed shortly after delivery that the holes on the top of the driver's seat were exposed and not covered by the plastic housings. This exposed the yellowish seat cushioning and the portion of the headrest posts that are attached to the seat. The passenger's side seat did not exhibit the same problem. Not the best picture (it's more apparent when looking down on the seat), but here's the before:
The dealer looked at it when I took the car in for an oil change, took some pictures, and then sent it to their Hyundai rep. They agreed to repair the problem under warranty. They removed the seat and took it to a local auto upholstery shop for repair. I have a feeling that they may have stitched the hole to the seat to keep it from pulling down. Looks great:
