don't understand at all what you are asking about.

the G80 comes with the LED courtesy lights as far as I know, at least mine did, then are mounted on the underside of the rear view mirrors.

There like the front puddle logo lights on the front mirrors but for for the rear doors. I can find many car logos but nor for the Genesis I find the battery ones but I want the direct wire in ones that replace the present rear courtesy lights

ahh,, ok.. so for those you typically have to drill a hole in the bottom of the door panel

here is what I would do if I didn't have a leased car.

buy the OEM ones used for the front, then your are guarantied the logo matches, install them in the bottom of the rear door panel, you will have to cut a square out to make them fit.

wire them to the rear door red LED that is at the bottom edge of the door (the door is open safety light) then they will light anytime the door is opened.

here is the OEM one, need a right and left side.

There are two drawbacks: Just like projecting on a screen, placing the logo projector on the bottom of the door, it will be MUCH closer to the "screen" and be much smaller than that projected from the rear view (depending on the aspect ratio), and will be out of focus; you won't get the sharp lines of the wings, etc.

true but I suspect that can be adjusted by replacing or removing the focal lens on the unit.
