  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hey everyone not sure if I'm posting in the right spot or not but I've been dealing with a very strange problem with my 2015 Hyundai Genesis Sedan. I'm getting close to 14 codes on my car but most consistent is U0101,U0109,U0001
Which are
Lost communication to TCM
Lost communication to FPCM
& Can Bus off.
I went through the visible wiring from the fuel pump control module (in the trunk) and the TCM module (under the hood) I'm starting to lose hope due to financial reasons I can't afford to take it to a professional and the car is basically un-drivable
It can be driving perfect for close to a mile then it drops to lower gear and revs close to 4500-5000rpm before shifting on its own, (A very hard shift) but once I pull over and kill the car and restart it then it starts driving good for a another mile or so. Everything I've been reading is saying it's sort of a simple problem usually wiring issues or a bad ground somewhere but I can't find a wiring diagram to track down the problem anyone have a similar issue?

Heya,

This thread in particular is located in that section (Sal had moved it). You can get to the section by navigating from the top level, then to "Hyundai Genesis Sedan Forums", then to "General 2015-2016 Hyundai Genesis Sedan Discussion".

sorry to be a bother, can you be more specific? There is 287 pages of with about 10-15 different discussions per page. I am trying to find more on this specific topic.

Appreciated

Did anyone ever answer this? My 2016 is doing the same thing.
