No card at all in the slot? You can probably buy one on ebay but must get the correct version for the car year model and trim.

no card, I am trying to figure out how to get the correct item# for my vehicle. I have not been able to register with myhyundai, I don't know if that is where I can get the number for the part. The car had no documents, discs, manuals nothing in it when I bought it so, I have nothing to work with.

If you bought from a reputable dealer they may get it for you. No reason to take it out other than the last owner figured it would not be noticed and he could sell it. I no longer have my old one so can't help with that.

ok, I will call them tomorrow thanks for the reply. I have been reading older posts about bugs in past updates. I assume there are no bugs with the newest one? Also, what other features does the card offer? I tried loading android auto on my phone and accessing it through the car. Is the card needed to utilize applications other than navigation?

Yes, you need the card for AA. If you have the Ultimate model AA is not available at all. Mot sure what else it does

Hey Random...about how much time was involved? the download from Mapnsoft...then loading it into the vehicle?? I may be looking at doing this in the next few months when 14 is released...Thanks

I looked through the 2010 manual and couldn't find any reference to it. Other sources say "Flash memory" is used for navigation - might be dealer upgradeable only
