  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Well, having driven the car bone stock for a full year as of the 14th, any perceived improvement should be felt. I would have installed it a few days ago but the whole being responsible thing got int he way, mow, anti fungal, grub-ex, pesticide, 4gl of hastagro, finishing up the rainx app today, then I want to do a quick leather clean, interior detail, and other crapola. Not withstanding I did lose my house A/C on thursday, but thank god for having a good hvac contractor. I almost wish I was 22 again and didn't have any real responsibilities . . . . sigh

I put a K&N drop-in this weekend and it feels and sounds like a beast growling its awesome! A whole CAI is great but I was like no thanks on that price tag... I'd rather invest in those subframe collars..

Sounds great, def feel a difference, 10/10 would blog about again.

Did yours come with the dry flow cover or did you buy it separate? I don't think mine came with that. Does it hinder performance at all?

I got it sep from the kit, more filter is better and I see no way it would hinder performance at all, it's a like a #4 bubble mesh at best, but it is easier to occasionally clean that and extend filter cleanings
