Looking for a 2012 Genesis 3.8 with the Premium and Tech Packages in Champagne Beige (gold) exterior, cashmere interior. I live in Florida.

Search www.cars.com to see what's out there. Suggest you also be a bit flexible on your exterior color choice. I'm guessing you want a light colored car for the Florida heat. Also, some cars are available with a saddle interior which, I think, is a bit rarer than cashmere, or black. A platinum silver Genesis with saddle interior might be a very nice choice. Of course, tinted windows are probably a must in Florida, just as they are in Dubai.

Also, be aware that the 2012 Technology package models cannot stream Bluetooth audio. If that feature is important to you, get a base or Premium package only car. This problem was fixed in 2013, so all 2013 Genesis vehicles do stream BT audio.

Grind them down on the price. You can ask anything but if you look at comparable vehicles and say the price is int he 28K range, then try to negotiate with them. Try to negotiate to "trade in" pricing. I did that with my car and got a significant discount from the original asking price. I said "no" to several dealers before I found a dealer willing to deal. thx

A little food for thought. I try to be flexible with color options when buying a car. If you stay very specific on the color and options your search might take some time, but if you do have time and are patient something will come along for the right price. Remember, never pay retail.

Thanks for all of the help. The Genny in TX is sold so I'll keep looking. I'm not in any hurry so I can wait until the right car at the right price shows up.
