Losing pre-select radio stations

At least once a day, I lose my pre-select radio stations
Any ideas?
Of course, I’m 600 miles from a dealership
I’ve email Genesis to no avail

Do you lose your preset seats too or just the radio? In other cars typically it would indicate an issue with the battery.

i just lose all the presets. The radio will stay on the last channel I was listening. but that preset is gone as well.
Also, it doesn’t happen every time I turn the car off.
Yesterday it happed 3 times, but on Monday, it didn’t happen at all

It looks like it’s happening with some G80s too.

no ones been able to identify why, maybe you should have the dealer look at it if possible.

I had this same issue with my 2020 G90 and was told by Genesis support that I had to ask the dealer to do an update "Campain T13G" which was done yesterday.

It looks like it’s happening with some G80s too.
