lost key fob, can i start a 2015 with the key?

Pretty much says it... I have the key...but the fob fell off. Still have another fob and key...but it's my wife's... in fact, it's her car. LOL
 
Why dont you just use your wife's fob until you find yours?

I think you are SOL. Nothing in the manual about it other than unlocking doors. The fob is referred to as a "smart key" and they do show you how to start the car if the fob has a dead battery. No mention of using the key.

key only unlocks doors and trunk, it will not start the car, fob does that.
